The Counselling Process : First, we identify the 'conflict' issues in your life, be they of a personal, relational or work nature. We then set the goals to be achieved, either to work on in the sessions or for you to explore as 'home-work', or both. Strengthening this process by helping you unpick and clarify further issues will then take place. As will looking at the background to these difficulties. And finally, you are ready to make the changes needed in order to live a fuller and healthier lifestyle, as well as have more fulfilling relationships. Communication Strategy : It is also important to look at your communication style in order to help you communicate more effectively. As your thinking and behaviour patterns changes, others around you may wonder what is happening, and it may be important to let them know why/how you are changing. Conflicts can be of both internal and external in nature, so it is important for us to work on both. |
